hsa-mir-148a-3p _Target_10

hsa-mir-148a-3p _Target_10 (BBa_K4612110) is a 22 nucleotide single-stranded DNA sequence, a cDNA sequence derived from the reverse transcription of hsa- hsa-mir-148a-3p. miR- 148a-3p is a member of the miR-148 family and is involved in the regulation of non-small cell lung cancer. It inhibits cancer metastasis in vivo by suppressing the invasive and migratory ability of non-small cell lung cancer cells and has tumor suppressor effects[1]. Therefore, the expression of hsa-mir-148a-3p has a role in determining whether or not you have small cell lung cancer and can be given weight. Figure 1 demonstrates the specific function of this element: it binds to the probe as a target, and then the polymerase undergoes a polymerase-mediated strand displacement reaction using it as a primer. The weighted strand that is displaced is then subjected to a subsequent reaction.
